Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ServiceVelociti ("the Service"), operated by ServiceVelociti ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You may not use the Service to infringe anyone's rights, send unsolicited marketing that violates applicable law, post unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

2. Your account and subscription

ServiceVelociti is offered under paid subscription plans (for example, Starter and Business Builder). Billing terms, pricing, and plan features are presented at signup. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time; fees already paid are governed by our refund policy as presented at checkout.

3. Your content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and publish through ServiceVelociti — including invoices, proposals, messages, and any posts you publish to Facebook. You confirm you own or have the rights to use that content and that publishing it does not violate any law or third-party right. We are not liable for the content you choose to post.

4. Third-party integrations, including Facebook

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's terms — for the Facebook integration, that includes Meta's Platform Terms and Facebook's Pages and commercial-use policies. We may pause or end an integration if a third party changes or withdraws access.

5. Payment processing and your Stripe key

To receive invoice payments through the Service, you connect your own Stripe account by providing your Stripe API key. ServiceVelociti uses this key solely to create payment sessions and process invoice payments on your behalf; it does not give ServiceVelociti access to your funds, refunds, or Stripe account settings. You are responsible for keeping your Stripe key current and secure, for revoking or rotating it if you stop using the Service, and for any activity performed using your key. We strongly recommend using a Stripe restricted key limited to only the permissions the Service requires.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceVelociti and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
