Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
ServiceVelociti ("we," "us") operates a mobile-first invoicing and business-growth platform for solo contractors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — written in plain language.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
- Business and job data you enter: your business profile (name, logo, contact details, service area), customers, invoices, proposals, expenses, and job information you choose to record in the app.
- Facebook integration data (only if you connect Facebook): your Facebook Page ID, the Page access token we need to publish on your behalf, and the content you publish (your caption and the before/after composite image).
- Usage data: basic device and interaction data needed to operate and improve the service.
Facebook connection is optional and user-initiated
Connecting Facebook is entirely optional. You initiate it by tapping "Connect Facebook" and completing Facebook's authorization screen. Nothing is accessed or posted until you choose to connect.
How we use your Facebook Page access
We access your Facebook Page only to publish posts that you create and explicitly approveinside ServiceVelociti — for example, when you finalize a Before/After Showcase post and tap "Post to Facebook." We never post without your explicit action, never post automatically, and never post on a schedule you didn't set up yourself.
How we store the Page access token
To enable posting, we store your Facebook Page access token against your ServiceVelociti account, scoped to your account. We exchange short-lived tokens for long-lived tokens to keep posting working between sessions. We do not share your token with anyone and only use it to carry out the posting actions you initiate.
We don't sell your personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We use the information you provide to deliver the ServiceVelociti features you asked for.
Data retention
- Posted images: the source photos and composite image for a post are deleted shortly after posting. When you post directly through the Graph API, they are deleted immediately on confirmed success. When you use the manual fallback path, they are retained for about one hour and then removed.
- Facebook tokens: your Page access token is kept until you disconnect Facebook. Disconnecting removes the stored token and Page connection.
- Account data: your business and job data is kept for as long as your account is active, and removed when you request deletion (see Data Deletion).
Revoking access
You can revoke Facebook access at any time by disconnecting inside ServiceVelociti (Before/After → Facebook connection → Disconnect). You can also remove ServiceVelociti from within Facebook at Settings → Business Integrations, which invalidates the token on Facebook's side.
Requesting deletion or asking questions
To request deletion of your data or ask any privacy question, email hello@servicevelociti.com. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the full steps.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
